WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR THIS OFFER?
Free Weekends + 5% Cash Back (“FWCB”) is available to Texas residential customers in Oncor, TNMP, AEP, and Centerpoint service areas who have a AMS-enabled smart meter installed and provisioned at their premise. FWCB has a minimum term of 24 months. See the Terms of Service and Electricity Facts Label for more details.
HOW DO I GET MY 5% CASH BACK?
Customers enrolled in FWCB will get 5% of their electricity consumption charges for a given month applied as a credit on their next month’s bill while the reward program remains in effect. Customers will no longer receive cash back rewards if (1) they have dropped Champion as their service provider, (2) the 24-month FWCP term has expired and the customer does not renew on another cash back plan, (3) they switch to an alternate plan that does not include cash back rewards, or (4) they are delinquent in paying their monthly bills.
ARE THE WEEKENDS REALLY FREE?
Champion Energy will not charge for your electricity supply from midnight Friday night to 11:59pm Sunday night. Charges from your local utility and any applicable taxes may still apply.
